Miriam brings more than two decades of experience in strategic leadership, customer engagement and educational sales. Miriam has a strong background having worked with leading names such as Learning A-Z, National Geographic/Cengage Learning, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Pearson.
In her new role, Miriam will lead SmartSuite’s global sales strategy and customer success initiatives, driving growth through her deep understanding of market needs and her proven ability to build trusted client relationships. Her bilingual communication skills, dedication to service, and passion for educational transformation make her an exceptional addition to the SmartSuite leadership team.

With a wealth of experience in software development and technology leadership, Eric will play a key role in accelerating SmartSuite Tech’s innovation and expanding the capabilities of SmartNotes®, ensuring its evolution into a robust, cross-platform solution that broadens our customer base.
Eric is a 17-time Microsoft MVP award winner with over 30 years of experience building solutions on the Microsoft platform, specializing in M365, Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure. A recognized expert in Office add-ins, he has developed numerous solutions for businesses across various industries. Beyond his technical expertise, Eric is also a skilled content creator, audio/video producer, and musician, blending creativity with engineering acumen in his new role.
